Warranty Terms
At Aktes Isı, we guarantee the quality and durability of our products, aiming to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction. The warranty coverage and conditions are outlined alongside.
Warranty Period and Conditions
The warranty period starts from the date of deliverand is vali for 2 years. This warranty is valid only if the device(s) are commissioned and maintained by our authorized service providers.
At Aktes Isı, we guarantee all our products, including all parts, against manufacturing and workmanship defects. In case the product is found to be defective, the consumer may exercise the rights set forth in Article 11 of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502:

If the consumer chooses the right of free repair, the seller is obliged to repair or have the product repaired without demanding any cost under any name such as labor, replaced parts, or other charges. The consumer may exercise the right to free repair against the manufacturer or importer as well. The seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly responsible for honoring this right.
If the consumer exercises the right to free repair and the product:

Becomes defective again within the warranty period,

Exceeds the maximum repair time,

Or cannot be repaired, as determined by an authorized service station, seller, manufacturer, or importer report,
the consumer may request a refund, a discount proportional to the defect, or replacement with a defect-free product, if available. The seller cannot refuse such requests. If not fulfilled, the seller, manufacturer, and importer are jointly responsible.
The repair period cannot exceed 20 business days. This period begins on the date the defect is reported to the authorized service or seller within the warranty period, or on the date of delivery to the service center outside of the warranty period. If the defect cannot be resolved within 10 business days, the manufacturer or importer must provide the consumer with a temporary replacement product with similar features until the repair is completed. In case of a malfunction within the warranty period, the time spent on repair is added to the warranty period.
All expenses incurred due to the exercise of these consumer rights will be covered by the responsible party. In addition, under the Turkish Code of Obligations (Law No. 6098), the consumer may also claim compensation along with these rights.
Defects resulting from improper use contrary to the user manual are not covered under warranty. In case of disputes regarding warranty rights, the consumer may apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in their place of residence or where the transaction was carried out. If this warranty is not provided by the seller, the consumer may apply to the Ministry of Customs and Trade, Directorate General for Consumer Protection and Market Surveillance.
